On behalf of our client, we will be visiting to conduct a structural inspection of your residence. This letter explains why we are doing this and how you can schedule an appointment for the inspection.
What is a structural inspection?
Before construction activities begin, a detailed inspection of the surrounding buildings is conducted. The purpose is to document the current structural condition, including any cracks and defects of the property. Buildings within the influence area of the construction activities are usually inspected both inside and outside.
Scheduling an appointment
One of our experts will visit you during office hours to conduct the structural inspection. We ask that you schedule an appointment on the available inspection day yourself with the information below.
You can click the button ‘bbci Online’ at the top of your screen. Enter your personal username and password, which are mentioned in the letter you received. Choose the desired date and time, fill in your details, and submit the form.
We would like to point out that it is in your best interest to have your property inspected , in order to determine whether any complaints afterwards are caused by the construction activities. There are no costs involved for you for this inspection.
